Kwareżimal with a Missionary Heart

On Saturday 31st January, the Kitchen at St Augustine College (Primary Campus) was buzzing with activity — and wonderful aromas — as 1,200 kwareżimal were baked in support of Augustinian missionary work in Kenya, Africa.

This initiative brought together young people, students, and individuals who have previously lived a missionary experience, all united by a shared commitment to serve and support the work of the Segretarjat Missjonijiet Agostinjani beyond our shores.

Each kwareżimal represents a gesture of generosity, faith, and solidarity, contributing in a simple yet meaningful way to the missions’ ongoing work of hope, education, and compassion.

We extend our sincere thanks to all those who baked, assisted, donated, and supported this initiative. Together, across generations, we continue to nurture and sustain the missionary spirit.
