Fr. Salvino Caruana – 50 Years of Priesthood

On Sunday 29 June, Fr. Salvino Caruana celebrated the fiftieth anniversary of his Priestly Ordination. Fr. Salvino was ordained a priest in the Jubilee Year 1975 in St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican City, by His Holiness Pope St. Paul VI. Among several other priests who were ordained that day, the late Fr. Manuel Borg Bonello was also with him. Fr. Salvino was born in Żabbar on 28 December 1949.
